Brandy X

The Brandy X years Casa Valduga stands out for its softness and subtlety. It was made from a selection of Trebbiano grapes from the family vineyards. After preparing the white base wine, the first distillation in a copper alembic is carried out by slow distillation for 10 hours. Using the first distillate, a second distillation is made, also slow, where the head, tail and heart are separated. For 10 years, the heart - most noble part of the distillation - was kept in French oak barrels to achieve its highest expression.
