Mundvs Famiglia Valduga is an exclusive concept of wines crafted in some of the world’s finest winegrowing regions. Guided by wine culture, Famiglia Valduga seeks out the grape varieties that are most representative of and best adapted to each of these regions.

Following culture and exploring terroirs, Project Mundvs will journey around the globe with the purpose of exchanging technology and scientific knowledge to create a unique and inviting sensory experience.
The first chapter begins in Chile, a country defined by distinctive characteristics and remarkable natural boundaries: the Atacama Desert to the north; the Andes Mountains to the east; glaciers and volcanoes to the south; and the Pacific Ocean to the west.
By bringing together Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Carménère, we created a blend that expresses the defining characteristics that establish Chile as one of the world’s leading terroirs of excellence.

- Ideal serving temperature: 16º to 18ºC
- Oak aging time: 20 months in French oak barrels
- Cellar aging time: 12 months in bottle
- Pairing: Roasted and grilled meats, lamb, barbecue, cured meats, pasta with rich sauces, and hard cheeses.
Nose
Intense, elegant and complex aroma. Notes of ripe black fruits, such as cassis and blackberry, combined with spices and black pepper, elegant herbal notes typical of Carménère, and smoky nuances from Syrah. Well-integrated oak contributes notes of vanilla and chocolate.
Palate
Full-bodied, with firm yet rounded tannins that create a structured and velvety texture. Balanced acidity and powerful alcohol provide a warm and succulent mouthfeel. Excellent persistence, with an elegant and slightly spicy finish.
