WINE TASTING COURSE
Schedule
Experience an exclusive technical tour and discover in depth the world of wine and sparkling wine production and tasting. Over approximately 4 hours, you will be guided by a Casa Valduga winemaker through a journey that reveals each stage of the process, from winemaking to aging, with technical explanations and practical examples. The tour also includes a vineyard visit, providing a complete experience from grape to wine (except on rainy days). In the second part, the tasting course takes place, presenting different styles and stages of wine evolution:
• Wines in production, representing distinct stages of the process.
• Mature wines ready for consumption, including a white wine, sparkling wines with different autolysis periods, and a red wine.
At the end of the experience, each participant receives a certificate of participation and an exclusive crystal glass engraved with the Casa Valduga brand.

Approximately 4 hours.

R$ 480.00 per person. Each participant receives a personalized crystal glass with the Casa Valduga brand and a certificate of participation.

Important information:
Responsible specialist: winemaker.
The temperature inside the winery is around 15°C, we recommend wearing a jacket.
The experience starts promptly at the scheduled time, entry after it begins is not allowed.
There are stairways along the route.
Participation of minors under 18 years old is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs with updated documentation.
Comfortable clothing.
Appropriate footwear for outdoor activities.
