Winemaking
- Final selection of curls;
- Destemming of fresh grapes;
- Cold maceration for 8 hours;
- Discontinuous and delicate pressing - press with inert atmosphere;

- Alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 15º to 16ºC;
- Assembly;
- Tartaric stabilization;
