Produced from special vintages of the grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, through the champenoise method, remains in yeast autolysis for 36 months. Charming, it has golden color and fascinating perlage. Elegant and intense bouquet of dried fruit, almonds and light toasted. Persistent and creamy, broad and full flavor.

Produced from special vintages of the grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, through the champenoise method, remains in yeast autolysis for 36 months. Luminous, it has salmon coloration, with fine and delicate perlage, forming a generous crown. The bouquet is expressive, denoting candied fruit and cherry liqueur, along the tasting notes of its maturation reveal almonds and brioche. On the palate, its creaminess and elegance stand out along with the vibrant and juicy acidity, combined with the aftertaste evidenced by the buttery touches.

In 2016 are launched the Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir versions, sparkling wines that present the most elegant expression of each varietal.

Produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes from special harvests, using the traditional method, it remains in yeast autolysis for 36 months. Lovely, it has deep yellow straw coloration and a delicate pearl. The bouquet is authentic and complex, with notes of blackberry and raspberry in perfect harmony with the nuances of dried fruits and the delicate touch of dark flowers. The intensity of Pinot Noir results in a powerful sparkling, with excellent creaminess and freshness.
