Innovative and democratic! This is the best setting for the newest and most delicate sparkling Casa Valduga. Elaborated with the three emblematic grape varieties of the Vale dos Vinhedos, where Merlot, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were cast to provide the maximum expression of the terroir.
Elegant ruby red color with fine, persistent perlage. Its most evident aromatic notes refer to red fruits, accompanied by subtle nuances of dried fruits and spices. Palate is refreshing and lively, with moderate acidity and marked aftertaste, referring to notes perceived by smell. Its tannins are almost non-existent, and its creamy foam contributes to the overall appreciation of the product.

Winemaking
Preparation of base wine

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

 - Alcoholic fermentation with temperature 15° a 16°C;
